If you’ve signed into Puzzle Jam or created a puzzle, you have the ability to delete your game or account at any time. To do this, use the same browser and device you used when you first played or signed in. Scroll to the bottom of the game screen and look for the “Delete Game” button. Tap it, and we’ll remove your game from our system.
Important: If you clear your browser cookies or browsing history, the delete option may no longer appear—so be sure not to do that until you’ve removed your game if that’s your intention.
All the content you see and interact with on Puzzle Jam—this includes puzzles, visuals, text, and features—is designed for fun, entertainment, and light brain-training. It’s not meant to be taken too seriously, and it’s definitely not intended for use in any professional or legal setting. You’re welcome to enjoy it, but copying, reproducing, or using our content elsewhere without permission is not allowed. Let’s keep it playful and respectful!

We may update our terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, updates to our platform, or new features we’ve added.
